Maintenance Technician

Westminster, a luxury senior living community located in central Austin, is seeking an experienced and dependable individual to join our Maintenance team.

Who You Are:

As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for maintaining multiple aspects of the physical plant and building, as well as conducting preventative maintenance leading to routine service, seasonal repairs and changes, and electrical and plumbing services for facility equipment also.

Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Technician must have extensive knowledge, including working experience in the following areas: plumbing, electrical and HVAC.

A minimum of 5 years related experience, With hands on experience and knowledge of the following, plumbing, electrical and HVAC, HVACR.
