As a Platform and Innovation lead you need to oversee the implementation and optimization of Veeva CRM / Veeva Vault CRM / Salesforce / AWS projects. Need to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure quality delivery. The role involves technical oversight, team mentorship, and maintaining system performance and security. Additionally, you need to stay updated Veeva CRM / Veeva Vault CRM / Salesforce / AWS advancements to guide best practices. This position is crucial for aligning Veeva CRM / Veeva Vault CRM / Salesforce / AWS discovery, solutions and implementations with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Governance
Establish and maintain a complete asset inventory across the platform estate — AWS accounts and services, Veeva Vault CRM / Veeva CRM applications, Salesforce applications, CMS themes and plugins, API Led Integrations, Software licenses, and related digital assets — ensuring accuracy, ownership, and lifecycle tracking
Define and enforce ways of working with vendors, including engagement models, quality standards, SLAs, and delivery accountability
Drive AI-native ways of working and own the supporting toolset — skill sharing, AI agent hosting and Impact assessment, MCP servers, Security management, and related developer tooling — to make AI a default part of how teams deliver
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements across all platforms and vendor deliverables
Platforms
Own the technical architecture across Veeva CRM / Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce, and AWS, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability
Proactively manage vendor technology product releases: analyze release notes, remediate impacts where needed, and actively review new features
Assess new capabilities and come back with clear proposals to leadership and product teams on what to adopt, defer, or ignore
Innovation
Help drive prototyping of new ideas, tools, and platform capabilities to validate value quickly
Drive automation across operations, the SDLC, and CI/CD pipelines to improve speed, reliability, and developer experience
Help execute the AI engineering strategy horizontally across all platforms, ensuring consistency and shared capability
Drive AI adoption across the delivery teams and product management stakeholders, embedding AI into day-to-day delivery and decision-making
Operations
Define and run the support model, ensuring issues are triaged, escalated, and resolved within agreed service levels
Own access management and operational controls across platforms, balancing security with team productivity
Monitor platform health, manage incidents, and drive root-cause resolution and preventative improvements
