Report Development
➢ Work with IT to automate reporting.
➢ Assist in generating reporting for T3 Walks.
➢ Assist in generating new reports that inform planning strategy/outlook of
orders to all departments.

Master Planning
➢ Assist Manager in developing and maintaining comprehensive master
production capacity forecasts aligned with sales forecasts.
➢ Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer demand patterns to
accurately forecast future production requirements.
➢ Conduct regular inventory analysis to identify slow-moving or obsolete
inventory and implement strategies to mitigate inventory risk.

Continuous Improvement
➢ Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best
practices to streamline production planning processes.
➢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new systems or
technologies to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
➢ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track
performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

➢ Coverage for absences in Planning and Customer Service as required.
o Responsible for several accounts in Customer Service.

➢ Perform all other tasks required by immediate superior.
