What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot and resolve IT productivity issues for internal employees.
Document computer and system-related incidents and troubleshoot solutions as appropriate.
Support computer users and equipment, including personal computers, printers, local area network, Windows servers, communications network, scanners, telephone system, and other peripherals.
Provide user training, network security, system backups, and computer supply acquisitions.
Answer emails and telephone calls to assist employees with IT issues.
Perform daily computer operator functions and install computer hardware and software.
Resolve network and PC problems and offer technical assistance to users.
Support the XA ERP system users and monitor for error messages, entering commands to correct errors and resume operations.
Maintain audit logs and connect cable ends to network cables.
Participate in new and existing IT projects and maintain system security using Active Directory and Group Policy.
Monitor data communications network to ensure availability to all system users and resolve data communications problems.
Maintain labels using multiple software applications and perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:
Knowledge of networking and Microsoft products.
Ability to read and comprehend technical materials and understand Microsoft instructions.
Strong communication skills to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Ability to work in a team environment or individually.
Basic knowledge of hand tools.
Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent in Information Technology or business from a two-year college or technical school.
Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
Ability to lift equipment or materials weighing up to fifty-five pounds and attach connectors on network cables.
Ability to work in a business office environment and occasionally walk out to the manufacturing area with necessary safety precautions.
