Mental Health Associate at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR.
Part-Time/Night Shift - Sunday and Monday working 7:00pm - 7:30am
Provides intervention and continuity of care to patients with behavioral health concerns and/or severe psycho-social stressors. Interventions involve providing supervision, emotional support, behavioral intervention, and basic care needs.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral science field; preferably in mental health related field such as social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, and/or social sciences. Or equivalent educ/experience
- Coursework/Training and Annual training in Prevention and Management of Assaultive Behavior (PMAB) within 60 days of hire.
- Within 60 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 2 years of experience providing direct care assistance to individuals with behavioral health concerns and/or severe psycho-social stressors and/or Development Disabilities and/or healthcare setting
Preferred qualifications:
- Crisis Intervention or emergency experience.
