Purpose

The Assistant Director will lead the Analytics & Energy Management groups within UEM, focusing on process improvement, data strategy, and performance metrics . This role ensures alignment with UEM’s goals of operational excellence, sustainability, and energy efficiency.

The Assistant Director will provide leadership and oversight for UEM's data, performance metrics, and process improvement initiatives through the Analytics team.
