Mesa seeks an experienced Project Controls Specialist who will be responsible for organizing, developing, analyzing and maintaining project and cost control applications required to monitor status of design and construction projects. This role works under the direct supervision of the Project Controls Manager or Project Managers. Must know Maximo software and basic skills in Primavera.

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of  2 year degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum of 3+ years of applicable experience

Responsibilities:

• Capital project Cost accounting and reports for project managers
• Set up projects in Maximo
• Attend virtual project meetings and take minutes
• Setup Milestone schedule
• Assist project managers to setup project requisitions to generate PO’s.
• Self disciplined to work remotely, meet deadlines and attend Video calls daily
