ABOUT THIS POSITION
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office) in Arlington, VA
Position Overview: The Sr. Director of Strategy and Partnerships will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic initiatives. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that align with our long-term goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful partnership development and execution.

This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that align with our long-term goals. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:Lead the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan.Identify and assess new business opportunities and markets.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.Mergers & AcquisitionDevelop strategic M&A framework for organizationSource and develop M&A / investment opportunitiesExecute M&A transactionsPartnership Development:Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships and alliances.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.Create partnership models that drive value for both the company and its partners.Leadership and Team Management:Lead and mentor a team of strategy and partnership professionals.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.Performance Measurement:Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and partnerships.Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on the progress of strategic initiatives.Innovation and Growth:Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion.
