Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficient in word processing and PC based spreadsheet programs
• Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people
• Basic knowledge of credit and collections procedures

Desired Qualifications:

• Medical Terminology
• Knowledge of applicable statutes, regulations, and laws both state and federal levels
• Working knowledge of credit and collections procedures in a health-related field  

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

Performs analyses and communicates with customers to obtain required information for various types of accounts;  informs and counsels customers of all payment options;  coordinates and arranges settlement of accounts for balances due.
