This position has a hybrid focus between people and financial aspects, where you will be responsible for ensuring the routine of the area by reporting people-related financial KPIs, team budget, masterdata updates and analyses ensuring data consistency.</p> <p>You will report results to our stakeholders, interacting with various departments such as finance, facilities, and people across more than 10 different countries.</p> <p>A successful Planning and Performance Global Specialist is someone who has a thirst for knowledge, the ability to learn quickly and interpersonal skills for dealing with cross-functional teams.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure the monthly closure of financial KPIs, team budget.</li> <li>Extract and analyze data to generate customized reports that meet the needs of different audiences.</li> <li>Ensure data quality in internal dashboards by checking metrics and tables.</li> <li>Maintain reports aligned with the company's financial and people strategy.</li> <li>Ensure task delivery within established deadlines in the backlog.</li> <li>Identify and map solutions to improve data accuracy.</li> <li>Create visualizations in Power BI to better serve our stakeholders.</li> <li>Automatize processes leveraging AI tools.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you'll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in info
