40Position Summary
Responsible for various Gift & Endowment accounting-related functions, while serving as a resource for policy and support for the School of Medicine.Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and process documentation/checks related to the establishment of new accounts.
- Establish new accounts and maintain existing accounts in the financial information system.
- Establish fund allocation accounts related to requested fund disbursements and overhead variance exceptions.
- Process accounting entries to transfer fund balances and prepare pledge accrual entries.
- Prepare quarterly variance analysis of pledge accruals.
- Provide scholarship and other periodic reports to Central Administration.
- Process the annual endowment and scholarships report to ensure that revenue is distributed appropriately.
- Assist Central Administration with Gift & Endowment inquiries and prepare/review reporting as needed.
- Communicate and answer department Gift & Endowment policy-related questions.

$49,700.00 - $82,100.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
