We have three manufacturing facilities, 12 corporate-owned retail showrooms, and a global distribution network. We have an opening for a Group Leader of Inside Upholstery at our Archdale, NC facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily report out of productivity output to Plant Manager and fellow Leadership Team members
• Monitor daily schedules (due-out report) to keep department on date and meet daily and weekly output goals
• Make decisions on product quality to ensure that Stickley standards are met
• Monitor attendance and performance reports for all employees in Inside Upholstery department
• Work closely with individual employees to develop and improve skill level as needed
• Work closely with Plant Manager and H.R. on employee relations and resolutions
• Participate in performance evaluations for all employees in Inside Upholstery department
• Represent Stickley with professionalism as a member of the Leadership Team
• Communicate professionally and fairly with employees, fellow Group Leaders, and management
• Actively lead, encourage, and participate in all employee appreciation activities
• Support and facilitate continuous improvement (LEAN) initiatives
• Utilize tools such as staple gun, nail gun, scissors, regulator, button needle, staple puller, pliers, tape measure etc.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must have a solid knowledge of high-end, luxury upholstery quality standards
• Positive attitude, and collaborate well with fellow Leadership Team members
