You combine commercial discipline with genuine people leadership, developing PMs into future leaders while running profitable accounts.</p> <p>You see delivery not as a cost center, but as the engine of customer trust and expansion. You lead through financial rigor but influence through outcomes, trust, and the people you develop.</p> <p>This is a role for someone who can hold a board-level value narrative with a customer's executive sponsor in the morning and coach a Project Manager through a difficult scope conversation in the afternoon—and do both well.</p> <h2><strong>How You'll Demonstrate Ownership</strong></h2>
