Position Responsibilities:
- Create and execute plans that will help to build, foster and maintain long-term relationships with Firm Alliance partners and Channel partners
- Develop relationships with external and internal coaches, including scheduling quarterly calls with firms and coaches
- Develop regular communication rhythms with all Alliance member Firm Administrators
- Be available as a contact and resource for Alliance member Managing Partners
- Demonstrate consistent follow-up to deepen connections and show appreciation in order to maintain Aprio’s good reputation
- Serve as a liaison between Firm Alliance members and Mike Max, John Bly and others, as appropriate, on the Aprio Leadership team
- Connect appropriate Aprio resources to Channel partner requests
- Develop and execute a personalized approach for 30, 90 and 150 days after winning new Alliance members as part of Onboarding, including detail Newsletter set up to personalize content for each individual client at the firm
- Assist or lead monthly newsletter distribution to members. Follow up (w/ Mike Max) periodically with firms regarding newsletter set up to ensure firms and clients are receiving valuable information from newsletter
- Work quickly to address and identify any issues that I can help resolve or quickly determine the best person to resolve Foundation member issues
- Work with Aprio leaders to plan and execute the annual Firm Alliance Partner Summit
- Plan and execute quarterly Zoom calls with Firm Admins from Alliance member firms
- Become a SME for HubSpot and utilize the program to enhance relationship management and follow-through. Document feedback from Foundation members about the Aprio experience. Review quarterly to identify areas where improvement is needed. Establish KPIs for these
- Document Channel partner projects in HubSpot, follow up on status, ensure individual projects meet established delivery expectations. Ensure we meet or exceed the Channel partner’s expectations. Ask Aprio team - Did we “hear” anything else when interacting with the Channel partner and / or client that indicates we may be able to offer additional help
- Financial benchmarking surveys. Try to ensure maximum number of responses with gentle reminders to firms about participation and output reporting
- Assist in tracking services utilized by each firm. Follow up with firms that are not taking advantage of all the included services. Be on the lookout for firms that could receive more for the membership subscription, and the firms that are maximizing their value. Also track revenue generating services (SALT, R&D, Int’l, Advisory, etc.) used by each firm
- Initiate and send monthly recurring bills for all clients and follow-up on any outstanding receivables. Assist new firms with payment portal set-up and bank account linking. Enter any additional expenses in Practice Engine to be included with monthly invoices.
- Receive quarterly coaching notes and organize for review by team; Identify potential new opportunities for services that firms need based on the coaches comments
- Prepare invoices and submit to Bill.com for the coaches’ quarterly payments
- Travel requirements are generally 4-8 weeks a year, usually not around firm compliance deadlines. Most of travel is to conferences where potential firms are located
Qualifications:
- 4 year degree preferred; 5-7 years in a professional services firm environment required; 5-7+ years in the accounting operations, consulting, administrative functions preferred
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Event planning skills preferred
- Managing multiple calendars and attention to time zones for meeting planning
- Hubspot (or similar CRM) experience is a plus
- Must be willing to travel 3-6 weeks annually
- Excitement for building something that puts firms in a better place than when discovered
