Role Overview:

As a Chairside Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our practice, assisting with a variety of clinical tasks and ensuring that both patients and team members have a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor during all clinical procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Support the doctor with clinical notes and documentation.
• Set up and break down operatories, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensure that the clinical office space remains well-organized and stocked.
• Be attentive to the comfort and safety needs of patients.
• Support team members as needed and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience preferred.
• EDDA certification is a plus.
• X-Ray Certification is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday with occasional Fridays
• Travel required between our Lafayette location
