Job Description

QAD is looking for a Delivery Director, Professional Services who will have a Client Relationship focus specializing in developing high-level relationships with clients, serving as management point of contact throughout delivery of a professional services engagement. You will be strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction and growth of business relationship; generally with profit and loss responsibility and ensure on-time delivery meeting contract terms.

This role is a remote position based in the Continental U.S.

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for high-level relationship management with clients. 

  • Serves as the primary management contact and client liaison during delivery of a professional services engagement. 

  • Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication and the overall management of the client relationship. 

  • Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities.

  • Drives team to execute on contract terms and conditions and works with the project managers to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client’s business.

  • Profit and loss responsibilities for assigned engagements.. 

  • Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. 

  • Manages a team of project and program managers, providing support and guidance to help achieve desired outcomes.

  • Uses project experiences and lessons learned to drive continuous improvements within the Delivery team, within the Services team, and cross functionally within QAD. 

  • Works closely with senior management within Services and cross functionally to develop and improve the services business unit.

  • Supports BDM team during Sales cycle and validates delivery estimates and SOWs.

  • Responsible for forecasting the quarterly delivery revenue for the projects allocated to their delivery team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain/manufacturing, or computer science. Advanced degree desirable. 

  • QAD industry certification and external certification preferred.

  • 10+ years of management in ERP implementation environment.

  • Computer skills: Standard business applications: proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google technology.

  • Excellent writing, editing, communications, presentation and interpersonal skills. 

  • Able to resolve complex business application problems, discuss and sell services and discuss project planning and issues with customers.

Compensation Package: 

  • Base pay range: $160,000 - $188,000 Annually 

  • Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations and internal peer equity.

  • This position is also eligible for an annual company performance bonus.
