Blue Yonder is a leader in AI-driven supply chain and retail solutions, helping organizations optimize planning, logistics, and fulfillment at scale. We deliver cloud-native platforms and services that enable smarter, more resilient operations across global retail, manufacturing, and logistics networks.

This leader builds enablement frameworks, tooling, training, and governance that increase security maturity, reduce operational friction, and measurably improve trust outcomes (secure-by-design products, resilient operations, and compliant controls). The role requires a mix of strategic planning, program leadership, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience with modern security practices (zero trust, identity and access, cloud security, DevSecOps).

- Support incident-related communications by providing coordinated, confidence-preserving executive guidance — complementing the team's existing reactive incident communications function
Customer & External Trust Communications
- Develop and manage flagship transparency and trust assets for customers and external stakeholders — including an annual security report and executive-level customer presentations — translating security performance data into relevant, confidence-building insights
- Create proactive customer-facing security communications including trust updates, security posture summaries, and capability announcements
- Partner with sales, customer success, and Trust teams to develop security content that supports customer conversations, enterprise engagements, and external inquiries
- Collaborate with Security Operations, Engineering, Risk, and GRC teams to ensure external content accurately reflects the organization's real-world security posture and controls
- Safeguard customer confidence by ensuring all external communications are accurate, appropriately scoped, and aligned with legal and compliance requirements
Security Engagement & Awareness
- Define and lead the enterprise security enablement and awareness strategy, aligned to trust, risk, and business priorities
- Develop programs that improve associate understanding of security risks, responsibilities, and expected behaviors
- Position security as a foundational element of customer trust, transparency, and operational excellence
- Lead the creation of security awareness campaigns, content, and resources that are engaging, practical, and audience-appropriate for technical and non-technical associates

- Collaborate closely with Security Operations, Engineering, Risk, GRC, and Trust teams to ensure awareness efforts reflect real-world threats, controls, and customer expectations
- Partner with Associate Success and Learning teams to embed security awareness into broader culture, onboarding, and leadership programs
- Oversee phishing simulation programs as a key tool for measuring and improving associate security behaviors, using results to inform awareness strategy and content priorities
- Support incident-relate
