Property Casualty Customer Success Representative

Brown & Brown has an exciting opportunity available for a Property Casualty​ Customer Service Representative for our Commercial Lines team in Greensboro, NC.

The Property Casualty Customer Service Representative will deliver day-to-day client support by building successful relationships and providing exceptional service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Support commercial clients by responding to policy and coverage questions

• Handle commercial renewals, service needs, and customer escalations

• Issue policy endorsement requests, COI’s and Auto ID’s

• Process payments and billing questions

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain, required

• 2+ years of CSR insurance experience

• AMS360 experience, is a plus

• Strong technical knowledge of Property & Casualty lines of insurance coverage, is a plus
