FP&A Director - Workplace Experience Group
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, FP&A to guide and supervise the strategic financial direction of the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for forecasting, reporting, cash management, and financial analysis. This role also involves managing a small team of analysts to ensure accurate and timely financial information and strategic insights.
Job Responsibilities
- Financial Forecasting and Planning:
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models to predict future financial performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to create short-term and long-term financial plans.
- Financial Reporting:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Cash Management:
- Manage cash flow to ensure the availability of funds for operational needs and strategic initiatives.
- Optimize the use of working capital and manage relationships with financial institutions.
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
- Strategic Support:
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position ranges from $114,180 to $181,650, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
