Funeral Director and Embalmer - Buffalo, NY

In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping families honor their loved ones with dignity and compassion. You’ll be involved in all aspects of funeral service, including:

• Guiding families through arrangements and service planning

• Providing professional decedent care, embalming, and preparation

• Overseeing visitations and directing services with respect and attention to detail

• Supporting the overall care, cleanliness, and readiness of our facilities

Qualified applicants will hold and maintain a Funeral Director license that is valid in your area or possess the ability to reciprocate, have passed the National Board Exam and maintain a valid Driver's License.  Additionally, the following may be required:

• A minimum of five years of similar or related experience.
• Possess necessary licensure or other certification to meet local or state legal requirements in order to perform the functions of a Funeral Director. Possess and maintain necessary licensure or certification to meet local, state, and federal legal requirements to perform the function of embalming.
