The Aerospace business unit is growing because of the growing demand from the commercial space market as well as in the defence market. The output of our composite parts production lines is growing rapidly.</span><span style="color:#0C64C0"> </span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p><span style="color:#121317">We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven </span><strong><span style="color:#121317">Senior Business Developer</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> to accelerate the growth of our </span><strong><span style="color:#121317">Aerospace division</span></strong><span style="color:#121317">, where we design and manufacture high-performance composite components for aerospace and defence systems.</span></p><p>In this strategic role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities with aerospace OEMs, Tier suppliers, and <span style="color:#121317">defence</span> organizations. You will lead complex sales processes—from early opportunity identification and technical discussions to proposal development and contract negotiation—working closely with our engineering and production teams.</p><p>Your focus will be on building long-term partnerships and expanding our presence <span style="color:#121317">in the international aerospace market.</span><span style="color:#0C64C0"> </span>By understanding customer challenges and <span style="color:#121317">translating our manufacturing expertise and capabilities into reliable supply of high-end components to our customers</span><span style="color:#0C64C0">, </span>you will play a key role in driving sustainable growth for the division." </p><p><br></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with company growth objectives</p></li><li><p>Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the aerospace industry</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers, and key industry stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through sales proposals to deal closure</p></li><li><p>Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies</p></li><li><p>Represent the company at international aerospace events and trade shows</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and executive leadership teams</p></li><li><p>Lead complex commercial negotiations and contract discussions.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p>
