Responsibilities
- Assistant to Global Markets team – supporting senior stakeholder
- Calendar management and scheduling client meetings
- Travel and hotel arrangements for all team members in line with firm’s travel policies
- Support visitors from other offices for desk under coverage
- Ensure logistics are in place for new staff onboarding /departure logistics
- On time and accurate submission of expense and claims reimbursement for all team members
- Interview scheduling, Video conference, Tele conference (book meeting room, or restaurant outside and send meeting planner
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in an admin assistant role with a Bank or Financial Institution
- Have prior experience working in a Financial Market environment as an assistant
- Have done calendar management, scheduling client meetings, support logistic and other administrative requests
- Strong communicator, pro-active and have the ability to handle the management and clients at the senior level
- Excellent collaboration skills and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
