Our company offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset to join the San Antonio Site Integration team. 

In this role, you will lead complex projects that support site business goals and objectives. You will serve as a change agent for continuous improvement and foster a culture of excellence. Demonstrating proficiency in project management areas according to industry standards (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards) is essential, along with maintaining all associated reporting.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary project contact to identify key project schedules and updates.

  • Develop, integrate, and analyze schedule plans for high-reliability space electronics unit hardware development and delivery.

  • Lead weekly schedule reviews and drive weekly working meetings.

  • Utilize production reports to capture schedule information.

  • Capture and summarize rationale for changes.

  • Coordinate schedule efforts with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Cost Account Managers (CAMs), and functional support teams to optimize projects.

  • Provide in-depth analysis of project schedules, along with projected and historical reports for future product and project incorporation.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for highly complex projects, programs, and change-driven activities, ensuring compliance with project management industry standards.

  • Direct high-level studies and analyses (e.g., trends, variances, impacts), determine project scope, report findings, and oversee planning requests.

  • Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and refine the business case.

  • Develop and execute processes and strategies for integrating plans and schedules.

  • Consult and recommend best practices for integrated planning, scheduling, change management, and baseline management techniques and tools to management.

  • Serve as the primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

  • Authorize resource commitments by obtaining approvals from stakeholders.

  • Oversee the deployment of approved recommendations at the division, business unit, and/or enterprise level.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 10+ years of experience managing project schedules and utilizing standard project management tools

  • 5+ years of experience working with continuous improvement methodologies

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • Management Professional (PMP/PMI) Certification

  • More than 10 years of experience managing project schedules and utilizing standard project management tools

  • More than 5 years of experience in a leadership role

  • More than 5 years of experience in a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) or manufacturing/production environment

  • Experience managing multiple complex project schedules simultaneously and prioritizing tasks

Summary Pay Range: $132,600 - $179,400
