Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer effective solutions in a timely manner. 

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues efficiently.
• Document and track customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
• Provide clear guidance and support to customers regarding product features and updates.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer support or service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to remain patient and empathetic under pressure.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Additional Information

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
