Summary of Role:

Do you love connecting your brand’s vision and messaging to the right audiences? Are you a creative thinker with a hands-on approach who enjoys managing projects from start to finish? If so, you may be MMNA’s next Manager of Marketing Communications! In this role, you will strategize and execute, influence and mentor, and manage and create. You will be responsible for developing creative solutions, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and working with external agencies to develop, manage, and execute advertising strategies and campaigns. This role will report to Senior Manager, Marketing Communications.

Responsibilities:

• Defining and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (TV, digital, etc.), ensuring alignment with our customer journey.
• Collaborating with agencies to meet campaign objectives, maintain resource efficiency, and provide regular updates to management.
• Developing and managing advertising deliverables for product launches, sales events, and core models.
• Building strategic media plans and partnerships to drive impressions, leads, and cost efficiencies.
• Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communications and guiding dealers and internal teams on brand compliance.
• Overseeing the accuracy and compliance of all content and images with our marketing strategy and regulations.
• Supporting product positioning in marketing communications and collaborating with internal departments.
• Directly overseeing the growth and development of our Marketing Communications Specialist.
• Providing project management updates to senior management and maintaining flexibility for remote and onsite work as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 8 + years prior exempt level experience in automotive advertising/media/marketing. Advertising and/or media agency experience a plus.
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Comprehensive experience with all aspects of creative development process, as well as, digital and traditional media planning/buying.
• Strong understanding of interactive research measurement and traffic tools.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Pay Transparency Language:

The base salary for this position ranges between $105,000 to $125,000. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. In addition to b
