THE JOB:
Step into the spotlight as a part-time Cocktail Server in Lux Lounge, where high-energy service meets elevated hospitality. In this role, you will provide exceptional beverage service while creating an immersive guest experience that reflects the vibrant spirit of the venue. Beyond serving cocktails, you’ll represent the brand both in-venue and across social platforms—engaging with guests, promoting the lounge, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

THE STARTING RATE: $10.50 an hour + tips

THE SCHEDULE:

Part Time | 12-20 hours per week

Lux Lounge Hours of Operations:

Monday to Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday & Thursday: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Friday: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Saturday: 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Sunday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Lux Lounge Overview

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide and expedite beverage orders, ensuring prompt and accurate service

• Actively market the venue through social media engagement, networking, and promotional events

• Participate in venue activations and promotional modeling as needed

• Encourage guest interaction by promoting social media engagement

• Ensure table cleanliness using a silent service approach

• Accurately process payments and follow check settlement procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Meets the minimum age requirements of 21 years old

• Holds a High School Diploma or GED

• Demonstrates 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a server/cocktail in a similar high-volume bar or nightclub

• Commits to working selected on call shift/days on an as-needed basis
