E-Mobility
The Schaeffler Group is well equipped for electric mobility and develops and produces mechanical, mechatronic, and electronic components and systems for the electrification of passenger car and commercial vehicle powertrains. The range includes solutions for hybrid vehicles, electric vehicles and vehicles with fuel cell powered drives. Your Key Responsibilities

Coordination of production activities (in particular flash programming or software functions for EOL) taking into account cybersecurity requirements

Concept development in the area of ECU production, with a focus on methods and processes for quality assurance, at the customer, supplier and Schaeffler internally

Concept development of the return part analysis process

Interface position between development and industrialization

Development in the area of embedded software engineering activities to ensure competitive products for e-mobility systems

Further development of software requirements based on system requirements and domain standards (e.g. AUTOSAR)

Coordination of development-related information in cooperation with internal and external development partners for embedded software

Application of software development processes (e.g. ASPICE)
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in the field of information technology, electrical engineering or comparable field
- Several years of experience in offboard automotive diagnostics
- In-depth experience in the documentation of production concepts/activities
- Very good understanding of electronics
- Good knowledge of UDSonCAN, OBDonUDS and ODX/PDX is an advantage
- Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity is desirable
- Very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German is an advantage
- Good communication skills with internal and external international customers and suppliers
- Highly organized and structured way of working across multiple projects
- Reliability and ability to work in a team
