Who You Are
You are an accomplished professional with experience leading and optimizing processes and systems in the P&C insurance industry. You are passionate about process improvement, innovation, and achieving results. You are skilled at analyzing complex problems and making data-driven decisions. You have demonstrated the ability to implement impactful solutions. You are collaborative and able to work across the organization, from front line staff to highly technical experts. You value direct communication. You lead by example when challenges are encountered by remaining level-headed and keeping teams focused on solutions. You enjoy working hard in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end insurance underwriting and service process for assigned business segment(s).
Have responsibility for establishing and enhancing an exceptional operating model with accountability to executive level functional leaders (i.e., Division President, COO, CUO, etc.)
Set and achieve KPIs for quality, speed, and cost in line with business objectives.
Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvements and system enhancements that drive efficiency, quality, and customer experience improvements.
Analyze problems and inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve performance.
Govern the entire process improvement lifecycle including: issue/enhancement intake, triage, prioritization, requirements, development, testing, and go-to-market execution.
Provide clear and efficient communication to stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with senior leadership to develop and maintain the roadmap for larger enhancements (e.g., new functionality, segments, coverages, geographies).
Spearhead innovation, including automation, in collaboration with cross functional teams.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
