By digitalizing our operations, we aim to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, deliver superior customer experiences, mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity—all while paving the way for next-generation innovations.</span></p><p></p><p><span>The Digital &amp; Process Performance (DPP) function is organized into key teams to drive transformation effectively.<span> </span><b>Processes &amp; Applications</b><span> </span>focuses on modernizing core business processes, while<span> </span><b>Data &amp; Analytics</b><span> </span>enables data-driven decision-making.<span> </span><b>IT Operations</b><span> </span>ensures reliable and secure IT infrastructure, and the<span> </span><b>Transformation Management Office</b><span> </span>drives Huhtamaki wide business transformation initiatives with strategic goals.</span></p><p></p><p><span><span>We are looking for a </span></span><span><span>Senior Manager</span></span><b><span>, </span></b><span>Security Services<b><span> </span></b>reporting to our VP, IT Operations, to oversee cyber security, leading a team of internal colleagues and external consultants.</span></p><p></p><p><u><b>Key <span>Responsibilities:</span></b></u></p><ul><li><p><span>Oversee cyber security </span><span>ensuring robust protection measures are in place in IT and OT</span><span> environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Responsible for security solutions and service delivery for e.g.</span><span> XDR (Extended Detection and Response, </span><span>SIEM/SOAR (Security Information and Event Management/Security Orchestration, Automation and Response), Vulnerability Management, Threat Hunting and Digital Forensics.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conduct regular security audits and benchmarks</span><span> to identify </span><span>weaknesses and vulnerabilities with corrective actions</span><span>.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure that Huhtamäki complies with all relevant security regulation and legislations, like NIS2 and CCPA.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard company business and</span><span> assets.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive security coverage.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Increase security awareness across Huhtamäki.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead and mentor the security services team, fostering a culture of vigilance and continuous improvement.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b><span>Education/Experience required:</span></b></u></p><ul><li><p><span>University degree in a relevant field.</span></p></li><li><p><span>5+ years of experience in the Cyber Security/Information Security domain,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven experience in developing security operations in a large organization.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong experience in operating and leading changes in matrix organizations and cross-cultural environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communication and co-operation skills in multi-cultural organization(s).</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What's in it for you?</u></b></p><ul><li><p>A meaningful job: At Huhtamaki, we believe in protecting food, people and the planet.
