Senior team members to EY Corporate Finance Industrial Products

EY is a leading international midmarket Corporate Finance advisor, consisting of ca 150 Corporate Finance professionals in the Nordics. We advise and support our clients through deal creation and execution in some of the most interesting and talked about M&A and capital markets transactions globally.

Our clients primarily consist of leading international corporations, private equity and entrepreneur lead business who choose to be advised by EY Corporate Finance due to its’ exceptional local and cross-border / international capabilities.

Due to an increased demand of our Corporate Finance services, we are now looking to expand the Industrial Product team with additional colleagues at Senior Analyst and Manager level.

The positions are based in Stockholm but will include frequent cooperation with international colleagues around the world.

As a Senior Analyst (2-4 years’ relevent experience), your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Analysis of companies and industries;
• Conducting complex company valuations such as cash flow and multiple valuations;
• Financial modeling;
• Information gathering and preparation of various types of presentation materials such as information memoranda, company presentations, and board materials;
• Transaction execution: support in due diligence, preparation of documents, and assistance in dialogues with clients, counterparties, and other advisors;
• Support in structuring transactions;
• Interaction with project members and senior colleagues on a daily basis;
• Dialogues with clients and potential clients.

As a Manager (3-5 years’ relevant experience), your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing day-to-day project management in ongoing sell- and buy-side M&A transactions
• Coordinating and coaching junior colleagues
• Coordinating clients, counterparts and other advisors
• Advising in transaction negotiations
• Contributing and lead in pro-active sales activities 
• International networking internally and externally

 

What we look for
We are looking for candidates that we believe possess the following traits:

• A strong academic background with demonstrated quantitative skills and developed knowledge of financial terms and concepts from a well-renowned university
• 2-5 years’ experience within Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Business Development or M&A at a relevant corporation or Big 4 Transaction Advisory Services
• Strong integrity and work ethic, you thrive working in a team where you are proactive and have a can-do mentality
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills as well as an ability to prioritize and deliver under time pressure without compromising on quality
• Fluent in Swedish and English
