Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Business Process Management & Business Analysis team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as a Business Analyst Strategic Projects.
You can look forward to
- You are the link between business units, local offices and IT in international, strategic projects
- You collect, analyze and specify requirements and maintain the requirements tool (e.g. DevOps, Jira)
- You analyze actual processes and develop target processes in cooperation with the specialist departments
- You develop solution concepts, ensure the release of IT solution designs and contribute to the further development of the business analysis function
- You ensure efficient communication between stakeholders and make sure that the solutions meet business and technical requirements
You come equipped with
- At least 4 years of professional experience in business analysis with a conceptual and interdisciplinary approach
- Degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable subject area
- Sound knowledge of business analysis methods, techniques and tools as well as a strong affinity for digital applications
- A deep understanding of business processes and how technology supports the business
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner, paired with English at a business fluent level and German at a conversational level
- A high degree of initiative and the ability to recognize and communicate complex interrelationships
