Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Physician Liaison and Medical Staff Operations Manager for our Physician Relations department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
As a Physical Liaison and Medical Staff Operations Manager, you will:
• Identify target markets in accordance with organizational strategy utilizing familiarity with hospital operations and existing reporting, tools and dashboards.
• Evaluate and interpret market utilization data and market demographics, including market share data for primary and secondary facility service Lines, ensuring that sales priorities are identified for both physicians and patient populations.
• Interpret current physician referral patterns, trends, and financial margins, ensuring that growth resources are optimized.
• Develop growth and retention strategies for target markets and facility service lines
• Meet goals and timelines for closing new or enhanced physician referrals
• Meet goals and timelines for growing referral volumes based on new or established physician outreach relationships.
• Conduct pre and post call planning maintaining and utilizing CRM system.
Qualifications Include:
• Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Preferred: Masters’s degree in related field
• Requires a minimum of five years in sales and business development role and • 2 years in Healthcare related industry
• Progressive healthcare sales experience in multi-site healthcare organization strongly preferred
• Requires the ability to travel in the service area on a regular basis
Work Schedule:
Full-time days, Monday - Friday.

Pay Range:
$71,932.12 - $107,889.60If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
