As an Internship Team Member, you will experience what it is like to be a team member at destinations across the enterprise; all while joining a cohort of peers to learn, grow and explore what it means to work in hospitality. This 12-week internship program is designed to engage you beyond the day-to-day work experience; inviting you to participate in activities and events that cater to the specific interests and needs of today’s students.

GENERAL SUMMARY

This internship provides hands-on experience in various aspects of finance, including financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a current college student with a strong interest in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and contribute to our finance department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Financial Analysis: Assist in conducting financial analysis to support decision-making processes, including profitability analysis, trend analysis, and variance analysis.
    
•  Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the finance team in the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering data, preparing reports, and analyzing financial              performance against targets.   
•  Accounting Assistance: Aid in maintaining accurate financial records by reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and assisting with month-end close procedures.
    
• Data Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining financial data and documents, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in special finance projects as assigned, which may include financial modeling, process improvements, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
