In this role, you’ll be responsible for the development, management and execution of U.S. product marketing strategies and tactics for assigned products and brands. This includes the development of communications strategy, budget creation, pro forma profit and loss (P&L) preparation, periodic business analyses, trade marketing strategy, supervision of the public relations (PR) plan and day to day execution of the marketing plan. Additionally, you are expected to be able to make strategic recommendations to management on how the company can best meet its financial objectives on a product by product basis

What you’ll do
· Product Management
· Responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of brands · Identify incremental product opportunities for the assigned products / brands
· Development of product and market research through collaboration with upstream marketing at HQ Sweden and the local sales force
· Work in the research area expected to contribute to long-term product planning and post-launch product performance analysis
· Project leadership
· Assume leadership role in championing product assignments, providing the vision for the positioning and marketing of the product throughout the organization
· Work directly with key clinical contacts and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
· Partner with outside agencies to identify product creative strategies and ensure all communication materials deliver against that strategy
· Support sales team on marketing programs and sales materials communication
· Ensure all Internet and PR objectives are met through coordination of efforts with other departments
· Interface with Finance for financial planning and strategy
· In close partnership with our Sales Training Department, work to enhance related product and knowledge competence

What you’ll need
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field of study, from an accredited college / university, MBA preferred
· 5 or more years experience as an Associate or Marketing Manager, preferably with a medical device company
· At least 3 years experience selling or marketing to the healthcare market (acute care, hospital)
· Digital marketing experience is a plus
