The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer supports data, reporting and analytics, across Provider and Network Operations team.

Job DescriptionThe Senior Business Intelligence Engineer designs and builds the data pipelines and the dashboards for various teams. They will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the pipelines and processes. The work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

• Collaborates with multiple teams across Provider and Network Operations org to identify and document reporting requirements. 
• Builds the necessary data pipelines to curate the data working with internal and external teams.
• Steward of data and report accuracy.
• Exercises independent judgement and decision making on complex issues and works under minimal supervision.
• Team player. Guides and mentors team members as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree OR 5 + years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of advanced SQL experience.
• 3+ years of BI experience in PowerBI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Experience in Python or Java or similar language.
• Advanced data analytics experience.
• Experience working on Cloud Development Platforms, Microsoft Azure preferred.
• Meet WAH Connectivity listed in additional information.
• Able to work Eastern time zone hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in presenting verbal and written communication to senior leadership.
• SSIS Experience in or knowledge.
• Prior experience in analyzing, reviewing, or presenting Healthcare related data.
• Agile delivery methodologies.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$78,800 - $108,500 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
