Your Team
Cleveland’s technology and automation is innovative. It is the U.S. sole source for plastic pour bottles, glass IV, and various reconstitution devices. This facility produces a number of major product lines with a diverse array of automated manufacturing technologies ranging from bottle solution filling, injection molding, tubing extrusion, and device assembly.

What You'll Be Doing
- Perform manufacturing processes for the production of Plastic Pour Bottles.
- Perform and document line clearances.
- Verify correctness of material.
- Responsible for supplying parts to and from the manufacturing operation.
- Operate forklift to transfer gaylords and totes to/from warehouse.
- Clean and bring empty gaylords into the department to be filled with preforms.
- Remove used gaylord bags from the empty gaylords and replace with new bags.
- Stack and remove filled preform gaylords from the production area on a forklift and stage in the released warehouse area.
- Report abnormalities and corrective action to shift leader/supervision.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and Lean exercises.
- Maintain good housekeeping and 6S responsibilities as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma required.
- Additional technical experience, training, or education a plus.
- Basic mathematical skills and computer skills required.
- Ability to read and understand specifications and procedures.
- Able to complete documentation legibly and per procedure.
- Trained as forklift and hand cart driver preferred.
- Audiometric testing and hearing protection required.
- Learn, understand and apply rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality, mechanical or discrepancy issues occur.
- Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.
- Ability to bend, stoop and climb ladders; stand for long periods of time; lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds and able to lift above the shoulders.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a salary pay rate of $17.65, plus shift differential for off shifts. The pay rate is based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
