What you'll do

• From prioritizing, to assessing, and implementing what gets built, you work as product owner directly with our engineering team to provide the world class experience our users are accustomed to wherever they go.
• You will work closely with multiple teams across borders to ensure our US core systems, NL IBANs and general Branches are efficient and quick at processing, clearing, and settling, and also set up all services to deliver the best experience to our users.
• Conclude what needs to be done and prioritize the workflow to ensure engineering has what they need to begin implementation.

Requirements

• Seasoned Product Owner with expertise in core payments, including a comprehensive understanding of various payment methods utilized across different countries and regions.

• Proficient in managing projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial project proposal to final implementation.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and oversee all aspects of project development, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and business objectives.

• Skilled in translating customer needs and market insights into actionable product requirements and features.

• Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to drive product development and delivery.

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey project progress, risks, and priorities to all stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.

• Proven track record of delivering successful products within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
