As the Oncology Portfolio Lead for US Established Products at Sanofi, you will lead a critical business unit responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of oncology products, including Jevtana, Elitek, Thyrogen, and Caprelsa. Your strategic vision, financial acumen, and leadership skills will drive the success of our oncology franchise. Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align oncology strategies with overall business goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of the oncology portfolio, including Jevtana, Elitek, Thyrogen, and Caprelsa including forecasting, budget planning, M&S alignment, and partnering with Market Access and Trade to develop access strategies.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to maximize market share, revenue, and patient impact.
  • Identify growth opportunities, assess market dynamics, and adapt to changing healthcare landscapes.
  • Evaluate financial performance, pricing strategies, and resource allocation for oncology products.
  • Optimize profitability while ensuring patient access and affordability.
  • Work closely with market access teams to navigate reimbursement challenges.
  • Define and communicate the value proposition for each oncology product.
  • Drive innovation in oncology therapies, formulations, and digital health solutions while managing product lifecycle, from development to post-launch activities.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and regulatory bodies. Partner with Medical teams at both the US and Global level

About you

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in pharmaceutical leadership, specifically within the oncology market.
    • Strong understanding of commercial operations, market access, and financial analysis.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
