The Impact You’ll Make

As a Sr. Operations Analyst at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in increasing operational effectiveness/efficiency of the Planning organization by employing analytical methodologies that guide decision makers to eliminate problems and meet business objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Measuring and publishing their operations performance to established metrics and targets.
• Performing gap-analysis and link to operational systems and processes.
• Providing risk-assessments and forecasting outcomes.
• Present data-based prescriptive and actional recommendations to leadership.
• Communicate process gaps (including nonstandard work instructions) within the local and global organizations.
• Drive process change cross functionally.
• Ensure compliance of analytics standards.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Operations related experience in data science, program management, or analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with experience influencing stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success working in fast-paced global working environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and other analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor industry or global operations experience is a plus.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
