We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support our maintenance operations, ensuring all equipment, machinery, and facility systems run safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role that works closely with Maintenance Technicians to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting - minimizing downtime and keeping production running strong.

What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary vocational training preferred.
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
- Skilled in MIG/ARC welding, fabrication, and troubleshooting of production machinery.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to train and guide Maintenance Technicians.
- Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for scheduling and tracking.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and commitment to a safety-first culture.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, or on-call when needed.
What You'll Do
- Supervise, train, and work alongside Maintenance Technicians on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Partner with the Plant Manager and production teams to plan and prioritize daily maintenance activities.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems - including PLCs and control panels.
- Utilize CMMS to schedule, record, and track maintenance tasks and ensure compliance.
- Perform welding, fabrication, and installation of new equipment and systems.
- Manage parts inventory, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely repairs and service.
- Promote and enforce company safety standards, conducting regular checks and training.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities and communicate updates to leadership.
