Position Summary:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our team with entering and managing data across various platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Input data accurately and efficiently into spreadsheets, databases, or software systems
• Maintain and update records, ensuring all information is current and correct
• Review data for errors and inconsistencies
• Assist with regular data audits and clean-up
• Support other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or experience in data entry is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
