Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring the appropriate operational security posture is maintained for an information system and as such, works in close collaboration with the ISSM and ISO.  The position shall have the detailed knowledge and expertise required to manage the security aspects of an information system and, in many organizations, is assigned responsibility for the day-to-day security operations of a system.  This position may require priviledge access and DODM 8570.01M restrictions will apply.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

• Journeyman Level:
  • Certifications:IAT Level I

  • Bachelors with 7 years experience; Masters degree with 4 years experience

 

An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for these roles are ~$80,000 to ~$175,00; however, PeopleTec considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and critical skills.
