This team requests EST hours and we prefer candidates able to work hybrid from our Dearborn, MI office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and implement highly available and scalable Enterprise Microservices/REST APIs
- Analyze and optimize directory services security infrastructure and design, including site coverage and replication topology, OU design, delegation of authority
- Develop processes, procedures, and scripts to support and automate the configuration of directory services components for both on-prem and cloud platforms.
- Develop directory architecture changes necessary support both on-prem and cloud platforms and applications
- Develop and design tools/procedures to sync identities to cloud platforms and SaaS applications
- Evaluate vendor products and in-house tools
- Evaluate security threats and improve security posture through design, implementation, configuration, and documentation of systems changes and security controls
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related discipline
- 10+ years IT development experience of J2EE/Java, Python, PowerShell, C#, .Net, and VBScript preferred
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer proficient in of designing, building, implementing Enterprise solutions for over million of users
- Proven experience of designing and implementing Microservices/REST APIs for handling millions of requests daily
- Ability to leverage CI/CD, Terraform to automate testing and deployment
- Experience leading or mentoring software development teams.
- Multi-platform experience with EntraID, Google Cloud, Windows, Linux, Virtualization in an enterprise environment
- Knowledgeable about LDAP protocol, MS Graph APIs, OIDC and OAUTH2
- Directory services experience, prior experience with Active Directory, EntraID, ADLDS and Google Cloud Identity preferred
- GIAC, CISSP, SSCP or other security related certification desirable
- Agile and Kanban project management experience desirable

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8.
