Digital Marketing Production Manager With ClickUp Expertise

We are seeking a highly experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize all production operations across website development, SEO, lead generation, and client deliverables. This is not just a coordinator role—this is a leadership position for someone ready to own systems, mentor a team, manage production budgets, and scale agency fulfillment.

You will serve as a critical operations leader, helping build and manage a remote team while ensuring timelines and standards are consistently met. You’ll be accountable for keeping deliverables on track, driving team productivity, and refining internal processes for optimal efficiency. This role is designed to help the CEO and COO step out of day-to-day fulfillment by empowering a reliable, high-performing leader to take full ownership of the production calendar and team workload. You will coach, mentor, and build a high-performing team of implementer. You’ll identify and hire the right contractors and specialists to scale delivery. You will oversee project efficiency, ensure deadlines are met, and lead to continuous improvement of workflows. You’ll also track production budgets and ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality.

• Project & Workflow Management
  

• Own and optimize the ClickUp production system and calendar.
  

• Maintain a live view of all projects, deadlines, and responsibilities.
  

• Ensure proper delegation of work across development, content, SEO, and design.
