I-CAN (Individual Career and Navigation). Palmetto Goodwill provides reentry career services for individuals 18 and older with justice-involved backgrounds, which act as a barrier to competitive employment. A Data Specialist provides the following support: collection and maintenance of recidivism data, planning, execution, and marketing of graduation ceremonies, new hire and onboarding processes across all regions, program participant follow-up, program support in the absence of Success Coaches, and any special projects as instructed by Program Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Acts as an ambassador of Palmetto Goodwill and our I-CARE (Integrity, Collaboration, Attitude, Respect, Excellence) values.
· Assists Program Manager with New Hire/Onboarding process for all regions.
· Assists with collection and maintenance of recidivism data. Provides follow-up contacts to ensure continued placement and sustainability of employed participants; schedules follow-ups at a minimum at "exit," six months and 12 months.
· Assists Program Manager with planning and execution of graduation ceremonies. Maintains an event calendar for each region. Works with marketing to promote all events.
· Provides program support in the absence of Success Coach facilitating employability skills, as needed.
· Works with Success Coaches in planning of program specific hiring and resource events.
· Enters client information into the appropriate databases, maintains accurate case notes, records program activities, and conducts case coordination as required.
· Works collaboratively with teams to achieve common goals.
· Complies with all agency policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout all work areas; maintains same to meet CARF, Department of Labor, and other regulatory standards.
· Performs other job‐related duties as required and assigned.
