KyndrylAbout the role
Who We Are
At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.
The Role
At Kyndryl, you’re not just managing facilities—you’re shaping the spaces where innovation happens. As our Global Facilities Program Manager, you’ll ensure our offices and data centers run smoothly, safely, and strategically.
What You’ll Do
- Lead global vendor relationships
- You’ll oversee the strategic partnership with Kyndryl’s global facilities management (FM) supplier, ensuring services are tailored to meet the operational needs of regional teams while aligning with our global strategy. This includes managing escalations, leading contract negotiations and renewals, and serving as the primary liaison with global procurement to align sourcing strategies and vendor selection.
- Drive performance through contract oversight, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement
- You’ll be responsible for the governance of global FM contracts—ensuring compliance, performance, and value delivery. You’ll develop and implement contract change controls in coordination with procurement, lead vendor performance reviews, and enforce service-level agreements (SLAs). Your work will be data-driven, using KPIs to identify opportunities for innovation and service enhancements across our global real estate and facilities portfolio.
- Champion health, safety, and emergency response programs across our global portfolio
- You’ll lead global FM programs that support the health and safety of our facilities, including serving as the global RDC focal for Kyndryl’s Corporate Emergency Response Program. You’ll coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery, readiness, and compliance across office and data center locations—helping protect our people and operations worldwide.
You’ll work closely with regional teams, procurement, and service providers to deliver consistent, high-quality support. Your impact will be felt in how our people work and thrive.
Why Kyndryl:
We’re a purpose-driven company committed to innovation and empowering our people. Here, your work contributes to meaningful outcomes for clients and communities.
