You’ll partner closely with project management, engineering, and supply chain teams to keep critical projects on schedule and maintain smooth material flow.</p> <p><strong>What You Will Be Working On</strong></p> <ul> <li>Track and report material status for lab development projects and customer evaluation units</li> <li>Partner with demand planning and supply chain to manage lead times and priorities</li> <li>Expedite parts Through buyers to meet project timelines</li> <li>Stage and prepare hardware with receiving and inventory teams for lab installations</li> <li>Coordinate with project managers, engineering, and product support on development timelines</li> <li>Provide regular updates on delivery timelines and material readiness</li> <li>Submit purchase requisitions and ensure timely conversion to purchase orders</li> <li>Track long lead-time items and escalate risks impacting delivery schedules</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or associate degree</li> <li>Experience in supply chain, materials management, or a lab/manufacturing environment</li> <li>Familiarity with SAP, purchasing processes, or bill of materials (BOMs) preferred</li> <li>Ability to read engineering drawings or specifications is a plus</li> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail</li> <li>Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join ASM?</strong><
