Job Description

The Manager of Customer Success will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration and actively managing the Customer Solutions team in San Antonio. We're seeking an experienced customer service professional who leads the team and also actively participates in day-to-day operations. By leading from the front, the Manager ensures that our customers consistently enjoy a seamless experience. We are looking for someone that will bring new ideas to how we do things and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Lead the local Customer Solutions team, ensuring consistent high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the team delivers the expected level of service, communication, and issue resolution.
  • Promote best practices, consistent communication, and use of reporting documents.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training and mentorship plan for team members.
  • Identify and implement process and procedure improvements for efficiency and improved customer experience.
  • Communicate customer feedback internally and externally through daily involvement and surveys.
  • Leverage customer relationships to identify revenue growth and retention opportunities while building trust and credibility.
  • Develop and apply structure and process where it may not currently exist 
  • Manage ambiguity and affect change in situations of limited direct responsibility

 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

If you have a Bachelor's degree along with 3 (three) years of experience in a fast paced, collaborative Manager, joining Chromalloy is a great career move. In addition to your education & experience, as a team player you will also have the following skills:

  • Very strong leadership and management experience; strategic team building, mentoring, and coaching
  • Management experience in highly regulated industry or aerospace with experience in Sales, Business Development, Operations, Quality or Customer Solutions.
  • Six sigma or lean manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to use sound judgment and challenge assumptions when appropriate
  • Proven flexibility and ability to cope with pressure resulting from changing priorities; meet tight deadlines and reporting requirements
  • Effective communication skill / style to present complex ideas in a compelling and comprehensive manner.
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills specifically using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
