Position Title: Retail Staff

Department: Hoback Sports – Jackson, WY

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full Time

Job Duties

• Provide a positive representation of Hoback Sports and JHMR.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to skiers/riders of all experience levels.
• Use your passion to sell skis, snowboards, boots, and other snow sports gear.
• Practice and develop effective, authentic sales techniques.
• Maintain high-level merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Assist with inventory control, restocking, and product organization.
• Merchandise new products and restock current assortments.
• Process customer returns, vendor warranties, and damaged goods.

 

Are you the right fit? Below are some traits an exemplary candidate possesses.  

• Passionate about skiing/snowboarding.
• Basic knowledge of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a plus.
• Provide warm, engaging customer service and enjoy talking all things snow sports.
• Are comfortable working with diverse groups and all ages.
• Have retail or cash handling experience (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of (or are eager to learn about) Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and the local cycling community.
