Sr. Software Engineer

This role sits at the core of a modern Banking-as-a-Service platform powering fintech and embedded banking products at scale. You will help build and evolve backend systems that enable financial institutions and fintech companies to launch and manage compliant banking products such as accounts, cards, lending, and payments. The environment is highly technical, fast-moving, and deeply collaborative, where engineers own systems end-to-end and contribute directly to architectural decisions. You will work on event-driven, data-intensive services that process high-volume financial data with strong requirements for correctness, auditability, and security. The role also includes building customer-facing AI features that apply LLMs and ML techniques to real compliance and financial workflows. It is a high-impact engineering position where simplicity, reliability, and scalability are essential.
